Introduction
Our aim is that students would develop an enthusiasm for music, progressing as performing musicians, understanding the principal concepts of musical analysis and composition so they can appreciate, understand and create a wide variety of styles of music. We do this through practical performance on a range of instruments, use of relevant music technologies, development of a secure musical vocabulary, collaborative and individual creative work, and with a sense of collaboration and respect.
