Our education provision within mainstream Duke’s Secondary School caters for pupils with moderate learning needs.

The Duke’s Secondary School SEND Information Report (available below) provides information on what services children, young people and their families can expect through Duke’s, including education, health and social care. Northumberland SEND Local offer

The Northumberland County Council SEND webpages provide information and advice about the services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families living in Northumberland. This is described as the Local Offer.

Learner Welfare Team

he NCEA Trust also support learners in all our schools socially through the Learner Welfare Team, a central service working with families in all NCEA schools around attendance and early help.  Contact the Learner Welfare Team by telephoning 01670 816111 (Ext. 367).
